Company founder Lance Limoges has been building, renovating and restoring homes for over 30 years.  He is happy to live in our vibrant Midcoast Maine community, where his passion, talent, skills, and hands on work ethic are appreciated. Limoges Builders was incorporated over 20 years ago, and is proud to be the choice of the local community, as well as that of our international and long distance neighbors.

Prior to starting Limoges Builders, Lance apprenticed with an old school craftsman on Vinalhaven Island, ME.  He then moved away and earned the prestigious Florida Building Contractor’s License in 1986, authorizing him to build large commercial buildings and malls.  While in Florida with a high volume housing company,  Lance learned large scale management, production, and sales. He then moved home to renovate Maine’s historic gems and subsequently enlarged his company with like minded craftsmen so as to build new homes.

Lance brings a lifetime of varied experience to his projects. However, he considers excellent communication with homeowners and (or) their teams to be his most important asset.  Time after time, his attention to customer satisfaction has proven the key  to successfully fulfilling their dreams.
